I believe your inverter is dedicated to the residential fridge operation. There may be only one or two AC sockets tied to it also.

I'm with Bubbles here and don't understand your question as stated. If it's a residential fridge, it doesn't run off 12 volt directly, but would have to have an inverter changing the 12 volt DC to 120 volt AC.
Are you perhaps asking if it's currently running off of battery power ONCE it goes thru an inverter?

If it is a residential fridge you need to have a charged battery for the inverter to change 12v dc to 110v ac. The inverter should be very close to the battery. Usually only for the fridge but yours may be different.

This is a Georgetown with residential fridge.
From previous thread discussions, there is a dedicated inverter that ONLY goes to the fridge and no where else. That inverter has a "pass through" function that passes 120 VAC when available to the fridge. It is sized to drive the fridge only and trying to utilize it for other purposes may compromise the power available for the fridge.
There is also a dedicated battery for that inverter in addition to the coach battery(s); though all are charged by the converter.
That inverter is not available (as initially installed) to power any other AC items in the coach. In order to use the other AC items, you must start the generator or plug into shore power.
You can add another inverter to the coach batteries and run new circuits so that you can use them to run your 120 volt AC TV, etc. You most likely will not have enough battery bank to run high draw AC items like your microwave or air conditioner, so running the genset to use those items would still be required.

I could be wrong here but not to mislead I believe the 2013 378 only had the standard 2 battery install (not a third for the fridge). Probably not important anyway.

I think you will find the inverter in the basement below the refrigerator. Sometimes it is in a compartment with the black panels and 4" access ports. Try the compartments under, just forward of and just behind the fridge.
It is connected to the main batteries, has its own automatic transfer switch and is dedicated to the fridge only. There is an on-off switch for the inverter somewhere near the main disconnect switch. Mine is by the stairs.
When running down the road the inverter powers the fridge and the alternator supplies the power as it is charging the house bank when the engine is running.

378 Inverter
On the 378, the inverter is dedicated to the residential fridge. The 110 outlets, the TV, the Micro do NOT work when on batteries. Only work on shore power or the generator.
The inverter can be located by opening the porthole on the driver's side above the propane tank. If the inverter breaker shuts off, you can reach into this porthole and reset.

We have a 377, not a 378, but the inverter on ours is hidden behind a black panel over the propane tank. In has a small access panel, but I still had to take out some screws and remove the panel to access and reset it.

Thanks, I was going on a previous thread that may not have been a Georgetown. I read a lot of threads as part of my "non-job" and sometimes they blend together. My "Herkbrary" has a ton of motorhome files and photographs that I use for reference. I should be a more hands on Berkshire owner in a few weeks and will be a lot more definitive in my motorhome posts.
