Call FR for alternatives, tell them your local dealer can't get you in.

Same problem with my dealer. Lack of service, poor quality work. Took it in for water leaks and a problem with cooling fan in fridge and a bad water pump. Got the unit back with same problems. It is easier for me to fix the small problems than to have to schedule an appointment with the dealer and wait weeks for the service. I bought from a local dealer to avoid this problem, but now that I look back I should have bought from RV Direct and save a bit of money. This is my second Forest River unit and probably my last.
