Ice Maker water shut off

Hello,

We are very, very new at owning and operating a Georgetown 360 XL. We don't use the ice maker since we have no real idea about the water we are hooked to. But, the water still flows into the ice maker. If we turn off the water maker the water that is in it remains. We want to drain all water that is in there and shut the water off to the maker and water dispenser. Can anyone tell us how to do that? The water that remains runs down into the drip pan and down the front of the Stainless steal Ref front. Leaving a stain mark. Our Frig is a 2 door, freezer below.

Thanks in advance for any advice for any information anyone can share

I have a 2014 GT 360 XL. The shut-off water valve for the fridge is located behind the black "skirt" at the top of the bin where your water hose connects up. Turn the handle sideways.

Also to remove the water that is in the lines, allow the ice maker to cycle several times. Then after several cycles, go into the menu and turn the ice maker off.
