Is John Armstrong still at Forest River?

I was just told from a Georgetown owner that John Armstorng is no longer at Forest River or is no longer our Georgetown contact for warranty service. Can anyone verify this?

April is still there but out for a week.

This is the information I have. Is is correct?

Yes, my Georgetown is in Elkhart/Goshen getting some warranty work done. I sent a message to John and got a message back saying he was transferred and Steve Stombaugh was the new warranty manager.

I would like that information as well.
I found John Armstrong real good to work with and a real plus for Forest River.
The new man will have big shoes to fill.

Sorry to hear John is no longer our contact, although I'm long passed warranty issues, John has always been very helpful whenever I've emailed him. We go way back to when he worked for Keystone in 2001. We had some major problems and filled out a survey on line. A few days later he called me and got involved, providing me with parts and reimbursement for what I had already spent to fix the floor and closet poles etc.
I would think Steve's email would be SStombaugh@ForestRiverInc.com

I sent an email to him at this address and it went through. I also invited him to join us here at FRF. Hope he tunes in.

Yes...John is no longer at FR. I've been working with Steve this week on a windshield leak/dash rotting problem. We are out of warranty but Steve has offered to provide the new dash and pay for half of the labor. I can't fault his offer. Now all I have to do is get it set up with Dick Gore Rv in Jacksonville, Fl. to have the work done. Hoping to have the dash made, shipped and waiting in Jax before we take the MH to be repaired. We fulltime now and are located in south/central Georgia so we will need to find a place to stay in Jax while the dash is replaced.

That is the correct email for Steve. I received a reply yesterday afternoon and he did say he plans to check out the Forums. Below is his reply and contact info.
