First guess is low voltage or solenoid. I'm guessing your house battery is at full capacity?

I had the same problem called the dealer but they could not get it in. The service tech said what happens alot is the battery voltage gets low and when the starter kicks out it gets hung up on a tooth of the flywheel, He said to put a wrench on the end of the crank on the engine and work it back and forth and is should break loose. It is a tight fit to get to it but i did that and it came free, never had it happen again but saved me from not have a gen for a long trip. I beleive it was a 17 or 19 MM wrench that was needed. Hope this helps.

Have you tried holding the e-start switch to bridge the house and coach batteries, then cranking it? I know it's supposed to be to borrow power from the house battery to start the engine, but it works both ways.

Worst case, can always locate a mobile tech enroute. Maybe at one of your overnight stops? Not sure if you're going near Pigeon Forge, but there are several around there that will come to you and are real fair.

It happens. We've all had those moments. Some I was hoping nobody was watching or listening. Have a safe trip.

It could be a problem with the fuel supply line. The line on my FR3 disconnected from the fuel tank. We figured it out and were able to pull fuel from an auxiliary tank when stopped. You can diagnose by opening the phillips screw on the carb. Prime the generator. If no fuel comes out of the open line, you've got a fuel supply issue. The other alternative is possibly a bad fuel pump. It's an easy fix. Test the line first and go from there.
