We're trying to figure out where to go for Christmas break. Disneyland was a huge mistake on Christmas - it's their busiest day!

That's a beautiful picture!! It belongs on a postcard or Christmas card.

I'm sure members will be able to offer some good suggestions but I'm heading to the beach the day after Christmas.

That's a cool photo. Like Terier said, it belongs on a Christmas card.

Looks to me like you are are already at the perfect spot.

Have you ever been to Williamsburg VA? I know it is American history, but they do a superb Colonial era Christmas decorations. Colonial Williamsburg | Vacations, Hotels, Tickets, and Things to Do | colonialwilliamsburg.com

It will not be as warm as FL.

We are in Alberta (over Montana) so we hadn't thought about heading to the east coast but Williamsburg does sound fun. I'm not sure we have enough time for such a long trip. We've figured out we need to allow extra time for snow / ice delays.

Death Valley?

BTW, when my kids were 10&13 I told them I could die happy if I never had to go to another amusement park. It has been nine years and I don't miss them at all.

I don't do the rides so my role is holding the hats and sunglasses. We really do like historical places, museums etc. On the way back from Disneyland we stop at Monterey Bay Aquarium, camp on the beach, etc.

2Susan, if that's a picture that you took, you really need to consider entering it in the "Living the RV Lifestyle" photo contest on the FROG website, www.forestriverfrog.com.
