If you have shore power, try shutting off the engine, plug in to shore power and then try.

That's how I put mine down. They take a lot of juice...

Reset the 12 volt DC breaker where your house batteries are and hydraulic system for levelers.
It will look like this. Push the red button and it is tripped.
Push the bar in and it is reset and you have 12 volts to hydraulic pump.

You can see mine located in upper left of picture.

As Iggy said, you may have your latch fuses tripped. We have two in our coach. Once you push them in, you will have to reset the system and then redo the auto level procedure. Let me locate the procedures for you. I'll repost.

Once you locate and reset the fuse/s you have to reset the system. See below:

To reset, you just hold all four buttons simultaneously (front/back/left/side). To calibrate it, you have to manually level the coach and then tell the leveler system that it is leveled by turning the panel off, then on, pressing the front button 5 times followed by the rear button five times, then the retract button 3 times and you are set.

Once I get my husband up from the floor after passing out at the thought of doing all this, he will give what you have all said a try.

I like that statement, I can't think without a beer in my hand, now if my sweet, sweet wife would only realize that.....

I would hit the "All Retract" function, twice, letting it do whatever it does, then try putting them down. My unit seems to need that a lot lately, guessing there is a switch somewhere under there that needs set. Agreed on the beer, just wish my DW understood that!

Why don't you try doing a hard reset to the system to see if that solves your issue.

On mine, the jacks will not work unless the engine is running and the emergency brake is applied. Just checking to make sure you tried the easiest solution first...I forget the emergency brake every once in awhile.

That's when you take the hole system apart and rebuild it.

Just kidding. That's what I call removing power from the system, reset, and calibration. You can remove power by either disconnecting the battery or unlatching the circuit breakers (press the red button and then push the little lever back in). Then do this:

To reset, you just hold all four buttons simultaneously (front/back/left/side). To calibrate it, you have to manually level the coach and then tell the leveler system that it is leveled by turning the panel off, then on, pressing the front button 5 times followed by the rear button five times, then the retract button 3 times and you are set.
