Check the 100 amp breaker near the batteries, little red lever may need to be reset. That's where I would start , also make sure Rv engine is running.

Jacks not retracting

Thanks for all the responses
It is a Lippert system, in a 2007 Georgetown motorhome 315ds.

The pump is not running when you try and retract

We have checked fluid levels, fuses, tried the emergency option by manually retracting, starting with motor running and plugged in at the same time.

We are stuck in Mexico, about an hour from the border near Ensenada. The RV park here had wifi that keeps cutting out. We need to get back home to Canada.
Any help would be appreciated

The few times my jacks wouldn't work this was the problem. Since I have remembered to have the engine running I haven't had any more issues

Give Lippert a call in the morning they can tell you what to do. You can always bring them up with a drill motor.
