Are you hooked up to shore power?
Do you have any power to the control panel next to the drivers seat?
Do you have the parking brake on?
Does your slides come in?

On our rig, the levelers (Lippert brand) will only work with the engine running AND the parking brake firmly applied.

The levelers use a lot of power, so our rig only works with motor running. The safety mechanism is having the parking brake REALLY engaged.

Start the coach engine and tell us if that helps.
Do you get lights on the control panel?

I pressed the parking brake down far as it could possibly go and still the jacks won't retract!
