The dimpled ones are "covers" that cover up a half nut that is screwed on to hold the hub cap on. You can pop those off to get to the half nut, or turn gently with your tool and take the half nut off with the cover still on. Then the entire hub cap assembly will come off revealing the actual wheel lug nuts. Good luck.

I would call Mfgr tech support of MH and ask which is correct! I believe they may have changed over the years. A two minute call could save from ruining the look of that wheel? If it is Forest River I have found them very helpful!
