Kudos to Dometic
The toilet in our motorhome malfunctioned..Called Dometic, new one will arrive Tuesday..Great customer service!!!

They could have made you bring your unit into the shop and wait for approval.
Simple fix changing out a toilet in your driveway.
And yes your right it should be that way. Too often its not.

okay I've always bought used; so I expected to do it myself but always thought the reason to buy new; was to get service; I guess you pop My Bubble.

patching your bubble a little here.
For the most part fr and mfg's will stand behind their products, not all the time tho. Dealers are a crap-shoot.
To have dometic send you a replacement is nice.

Had them send me a new one for both my bathrooms. They leak the the seal between the plastic base and the ceramic bowl. The new ones are suppose to be upgraded. They will only replace them if there leaking.

Model 310..the flapper ball would not close.
