Kwickee steps

Does anyone know the proper part number for the correct Lippert replacement step. They installed a Kwikee 3 step but it only has a 7&3/4" top run and bareley an 8"run on the rest. Th Lippert steps had a 9" run. Any help would be much appreciated

Wrong steps

They put in part #902309025 which is an 8" rise and a 8" run. They should have put in part # 902509025 which is an 8" rise and a 9" run. They got together the service writer, the parts man, and the technician all just to pick the wrong part for the job. Do we now know why they charge $149.00 per hour. Because they are totally incompetent

The 902509025 and 902509000 are identical series 25 steps. The mounting bolt pattern for the series 23 that was installed is not the same as the series 25 and an adjustment had to be done. This misalignment should have raised a flag with the technician to take another look at the steps being installed especially since these steps have been an issue forever and numerous swap outs have taken place.

Mounting point changes

Yes they had to make a new mounting bracket about 4" up from the old one. it took about ten minutes to find the right one on my own.

6 weeks later

Now why couldn't they do this the first time. They have finally installed the right steps on my coach but when they in stalled the wrong ones they changed the mounting points. Well the new steps have a different bolt pattern. Guess what they did? They welded it to the mounting point and then forgot to prime and paint the welds.
