Lemon motorhome and what to do with it.

I have posted problems with our coach before but this keeps dragging on.
Our 2015 328 TS has been in and out of the shop since purchased new in July 2014. It has spent a total of 9 months either at Camping World Fayetteville, NC or now at Carolina Coach Clairmont NC in an attempt to get the problems fixed. I have worked with Kevin at Forest River who requested me to take it to Carolina Coach and its been their now since 2-4-16 and still isn't fixed. Anyone have any ideas on what to do now.
NC does not have a lemon law on the books.
About at last straw.

To date 68 warranty issues have developed from invertors that guit to missing moldings to warped counter tops to loud popping noise coming from the left front sidewall area of the coach. It has been a night mare. It was built on Friday and Monday. If that rings a bell. Thanks

Think I would request FR to come pickup the coach and take it back to factory for repairs.

I know what you mean, they treat you great before the sale, after it is another story
here in Salt lake city bought a trailer "rockwood, mini light 2306" have nothing but problems, took it over and they only fixed 2 out of 4 problems. the name of the place is
"Parris RV" I was warned about them, but they told me there was a new owner
now I owned it for almost a year, window still taped and toilet does not hold water for long. like to know what to do also, so sorry i bought from Parris RV

In NC if it has a motor, which yours does, you should be able to lemon it but I believe it has to have had the same issue worked on 3 separate times. My trailer didn't qualify because it is not motorized

That also, may only come into play if it's a chassis issue. Not sure though.

I believe you will find that different states have different laws; Lemon Laws general are restricted to chassis issues. It will probably take a lawsuit to settle your matter. The best thing financially would be to resolve the issue with the dealer or Forest River. Nobody wins a lawsuit. Can you take it back to the factory?
