Leveling cylinder

I have a 2003 Georgetown 325. Lately I have noticed that the leveling jack under the driver front side wants to creep down when the rig is turned off. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Sounds like a leaking valve for that leveler or it may be a internal seal on the leveler leaking and allowing fluid on the down side as well as the up side. Just a few guesses but I think you will have to take it someone who can actually see it and test a few things.
Good luck

On the pump assy find the solinoid that works that jack pull it out of the unit and on the very end there will be a small Oring, you most likely will not see anything wrong with it but it can still be bad. Should cost you about 5 cents at a hyd. shop. Do not use just any old oring. Simplest and cheapest thing to check first. Found this on my 06 after spending a ton and if it is not the fix your only out a nickle.

A leaking valve bleeds back into the tank not outside the system.

Should I spray anything periodically to clean/lubricate the leveler jacks?

While checking this out I have found that my bedroom slide hose is leaking & maybe more are leaking
Lippert is sending me 3 hoses but I think it is ridiculous that they are leaking at 2 years old I'm pretty sure this is going to be a job routings this hose

360 true: If you are leaving your cylinders extended for a long time you should wipe them off occasionally and spray them with silicone lube. From time to time it is a good practice to wipe and spray them with the lube just to be sure there is no dirt accumulating on them.
