Life saving advice

Thank you Forest River Forum whereas I was able to diagnose a "rotten egg" smell as potential battery exploding and secure the batteries from charging thereby eliminating unknown dire circumstances!

The Forum explanation advised me to check the battery, I did, and found vapor escaping from one cells cover indicating a boiling situation which would lead to an explosion and bad times thereafter!

Whew....service tech, two new batteries, cleansed air and we are back in business...thanks....

Had the same experience with the smell coming from one of four batteries. It wasn't too noticeable until the breeze changed direction and then it was obvious there was a problem.
Glad you found yours before it became a much larger problem.
