The mud flap and the new Captain chairs.

Can anyone verify that this is what they are installing now?

You're correct those are 2 very nice improvements. Wonder if you can purchase the chrome "Georgetown" emblem. I have a rear mud flap but the Georgetown emblem would be a great improvement to mine..

If my understanding is correct, they're only using those chairs on the "Black Diamond" package. I really don't think they're any different than mine other than the color...

Those Captain Chairs are a lot better than the ones on my 2012.
Mine are becoming too soft and loosing body in the foam.

Now that you mention it, mine look more like yours. Hmmm...I really like the look of the 377XL with the Black Diamond package. It would be a logical upgrade from our current 328TS if I could just convince my wallet!

Just bought a 2015 Georgetown 378XL Black Diamond package and the captains chair are standard. It didn't come with any mud flap. The mud flap was an add on and came with the Georgetown logo. At least at my dealer in Ottawa, Canada.

My new Georgetown didn't have the flap but ask the dealer to get one in as part of the deal. It looks amazing on.

FYI I just email Forest River Parts department asking about purchasing, price and availably of the mud flap as well as the new Captain Chairs.


I also asked if we were in Goshen IN in Aug could we buy and have them installed there.

I saw the 2015 "Black Diamond" package yesterday, it did have the new captains chairs like in Iggy's picture, there is no oven, and a few other little changes. I'm sorry I wasn't crazy about the floor, to me it washes everything else out. I don't know if it had the mud flap, I didn't notice

I am at at Mike Thompson RV in Fountain Valley today for a couple of minor adjustments. Their price for the Forest River mud flap is $415 plus $150 shipping. Guess no mud Flap for me!
