Lost a wheel hub lugnut and chrome cap

Hoping someone might know who makes these. On the front wheel of by 2011 Georgetown 350, I lost (or someone took) one of the lugnuts and its silver caps that holds on the hub cover. I have 22.5 inch wheels and it appears that the nut is around 38mm. Took the hub cover off hoping to see if there was a label for the manufacturer but no luck.

Anyone know who makes these so I can order a new one. Attached a couple of pictures.

I would call back to customer service at Forest River and ask them to send you one. I did for doors and they sent me two new ones right away inour 2008 Georgetown. Their parts dept was on the ball. Somewhare in this web is the telephone numbers. Search it for FR telephone numbers. We all have had to call them one time or another.
