Maiden Voyage

Happy Labor Day Weekend to All

Finally got our Georgetown 351DS out on its maiden voyage. I have to say this thing isn't as easy as it seems to back into a spot...😅

I noticed my right front leveling jack is leaking at the seal. The base was saturated with fluid so I wiped it down to get an idea of the size of the leak. It looks to me it's coming from the oring....

Happy Camping 😎

Forgot to mention.... I thought the steps had a safety feature where they pulled in when the GT was put in drive.., we pulled out of the driveway round the corner and I heard a horrible scraping sound so I pulled over and it started again so I immediately pulled into the center of the road. The steps had not retracted and I rubbed them on the curb. Luckily I didn't tear them off the GT...
I tested them since and have been functioning correctly...
Got lucky on this one.

On our 378 the screen door often gets bent and the magnet at the bottom stops making proper contact and the stairs come out. Gotta watch this too.

Check that malfunction with the steps. I'm pretty sure ours pull in, even if the switch is set for out, when we put it in drive. My wife just said she's caught it a couple of times and the steps were pulled in.
