Main Electric Patio Awning Trouble

We have a Georgetown 378 (2012)

My awning alignment is shifting to one side. I am unable to close it fully due to this problem. Wanted to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem?

Thank you in advance for any comments or suggestions

If it is the dometic electric than you need to manually center it on the roller and then pop rivet it in place... There are threads here that can explain it in more detail. Once you do that and run it in and out a few times it will line up fine..
