Did this just start happening? I see you have a 2009 Georgetown but are you original owner? Original owner may have replaced TV and it doesn't fit the existing mount properly? I know FR change appliances year to year, sometimes in the middle of the year. Mine has a hinged type mount at the ceiling and a thumbscrew at the bottom mount that is part of the overhead assembly. The thumbscrew goes through the wood to a threaded nail-in anchor that looks like the type used on furniture to screw in a table leg.
I don't know if yours is similar? If so is the thumbscrew still in there. The anchor may be loose or the hole has been enlarged by the movement. If you grab the TV can you moving it side to side? back and forth? If you have the thumbscrew take it out, raise the TV up and look for the anchor. You may have to prop the TV up and use something like epoxy or JB Weld to fill in the hole some and reinstall the anchor. You might also be able to replace it with something like this.
If you have some other type set-up please post a picture or two and we'll go from there.
