I had this exact problem last week. I cycled the breakers that are directly in the generator and it worked. All of my other appliances were working.

Check to make sure that the microwave is plugged is inserted into the plug completely.

He has already established that there is no power to the outlet.

I have one GFCI that will knock out my entertainment center and my microwave.

it has been stated by op several times that every 110 vac device works with the exception of the microwave outlet. microwave works on another outlet. another device that works does not work when plugged into microwave outlet. since all other outlets work there is not a gfci that needs to be reset. circuit breaker was replaced in distribution panel.
what i have not seen is whether the microwave outlet has been pulled and if it have been confirmed whether the power cable is actually bringing power to the outlet. hopefully it is a direct run from the distribution box breaker to this outlet. should be very simply to confirm the status of power on this cable run. worse case would be that this cable run goes to an intermediate receptacle and from there to the microwave. a broken wire on the output side of that intermediate receptacle would be harder to find, but if this is the case i'd check the receptacles nearest to the microwave receptacle. again, a non-contact voltage tester would help.
the issue is not the generator. it is only involved as they are dry camping.

i know you changed the circuit breaker. turn it on a double verify that it is putting power out on the cable. if not then there is the problem.
then turn the breaker off. verify that power is no longer on the cable. then go test every outlet you have. you said they all worked. you're looking for one that no longer works. if found, it must be on the cable that feeds the microwave. pull it and look at the cable going out from it to the microwave. hopefully there is only one or two on this cable run.
i can't think of it being anything else.

If your MW is in a slide it could be a production break (splice) has opened. Evidently, you have power from the CB but no power at the receptacle as verified with a meter.

I don't know if the OP has a meter and just plugging things in to the suspect receptacle and if so the issue could be the power return (ground side).

You don't perhaps have any kind of selector switch do you. We see RV's that have like the microwave and say a fireplace or water heater electric element on the same circuit, and you have to select which one to use via the selector switch. I have a feeling this is what you may have.
