As to Sewer Hose storage. I did a simple fix. Bought one of those under the bed plastic storage bins (long rectangle deep enough for the sewer hoses) and put it in through the door just behind the propane tank. I have no idea what that is in there but something covered with a black plastic cover only take up half to a third of the space. there is plenty of room above it for the storage bin to slide in. I just used a few bungees to hold it. Was an experiment at first, but after 16,000 it's still sitting in there every time we stop...so far!

Do you have any pics of your mod?

The black plastic cover is where the hydraulic pump and reservoir is.

Have a mod question, I just bought a 2011 350ts, the cabinets above the sink have 2 shelves. The top shelf is 1/2 the depth of the bottom shelf and has a very short lip on the shelf. I am looking for something to hold the top shelf stuff to stay put when driving and opening door. The width is 44 in so cabinet bars won't work. Any ideas out there? Thanks

Use a tension curtain or shower rod.

Ditto, shower rob much thicker but more study if holding back heavier items. I curtain rod thinner and easier to pop in and out of your way while set up, but may move some depending on load, will hold things back but may be shifted some.

Not so much a mod as an adjustment, but relocated the flip up counter extension from behind the sink (alongside of door) to the side so the wife can actually use it now. doesn't cut into the clearance of coming and going through the door and gives her a bit of usable space next to the sink now. The extension is about 3" longer than that edge of the counter so I made it even on the door side edge and it comes in a small amount on the sink side but doesn't seem to interfere at all w/sink access. It's my understanding that not everyone has these installed in their units. Anyone else have one?
