Toolman 57: I got the 5 star tune in about 2 days. installed it, and the engine runs as smooth as glass. I can tell there seems to be more strength in the motor just at idol. I got tired of the trans shifting down to 3rd at small hills. Most every hill in Alabama on south 65 seemed to be a problem coming down last fall. It seemed to get better as the motor broke in. I have only 5300 miles now. It should keep getting better with time.

Glad it worked out for you. So far I haven't heard any negatives from doing this. There may be some warranty coverage gremlins from doing this but I don't think that it would cause an engine or transmission failure given the mild changes they make to the maps and shifting. I took my first two trips (I-95 back and forth to Orlando; Georgia/Tennessee Mountains) without it and the last "big" trip (circled the country--MD-MI-SD-WY-CA(N)-CA(S)-NV-TX-SC-MD) with it. I can say that the driving was much less shifty on the big trip. Note that I was pulling almost 5K# on the second and third trips.

toolman 57: the unit will load the old mapping back without a foot print, so there shouldn't be an issue.
What do you think?

Anyone with a 2016 done the tune, transmission is the new 6 speed which should avoid the downshifting as much as the 5 speed?

I only have about 1300 miles on mine, so I don't have a real good idea things yet. I do know that I haven't been below 4th gear on any climb yet. 5th and 6th gears are pretty much seamless and don't notice any hard shifting between them. Haven't towed with it yet, but will next week.

Send pics of #8 - would like to see.

#9 Best money ever spent - I got my new programming code file today. I had the hardware from my previous motorhome so that saves 300+ bucks.

Will do--have to wait until the dealer finishes up the last round of waranty repairs (probably 2 more weeks).
