Mods to my 2015 364TS

I finally figured out how to post pic.s so have responded on several threads with some of my mod projects. Thought I'd start my own thread specifically for this purpose. I would be very interested to hear what custom things everyone else is doing to their units.
For instance,
I wasn't happy with the rear camera, so I search and found one on the Walmart website of all places for the one the is pictured on the center of my dash above the stock one. When it arrived I found it had hook ups for two cameras, only one included, so I ordered the extra. I mounted one towards the top of my ladder and it points pretty much straight out (so I can see what's behind me from a good angle), and that way I repositioned the stock camera where the edge of the screen is the bumper of the coach and looking back, which is perfect for keeping an eye on whatever we are towing, from as simple as the rack we call a "backporch" which holds the honey wagon and the kids bikes, or our Tandem tow dolly with a deck for the golf cart and Fiesta behind it. I can watch it all now plus traffic. With the second camera I solved the issue of keeping an eye on the kids in the dinette or on the sofa while driving, for short trips from home my wife normally will drive her explorer separately so we have transport and the kids always want to ride in the RV with me. Anyway I placed it on the side of the cabinet over the door and positioned it where it picks up from right behind the driver seat to the wall behind the dinette. I'll take some more pic.s and get them posted.

This sounds fun. Once I get mine back from the dealer (last round of warranty repairs) I'll share some of my pics. Here's my list:
1. Inverter rewire: power to the outlet in the sink cabinet and power to the couch/dining slider outlets.
2. UPS behind main tv powers dish receiver and Tivo. Plug the UPS into the inverter powered outlet when going down the road. Also have infrared repeater going into the cabinet.
3. Replaced king antenna with Winegard bracket. Carry two different antenna heads. Installed variable gain control.
4. Added extra cable to get antenna and satellite/park cable into tv cabinet.
5. Linked dash stereo to house stereo and added added a/b switch to select tv or dash stereo input.
6. Yanked the couch and donated to salvation army. Replaced with power reclining theater seating. (Reason for adding inverter power to the slider).
7. Removed the top bunk (saved materials to replace), added a "normal" curtain rod and full length curtain. Reused curtain ties. Installed molding to cover up the missing bunk. Used both mattresses. Did this for my (almost) 90 year old mom.
8. Added adjustable curtain rod above entrance door and a dark curtain.
9. 5star tune

I might borrow some of your ideas on the backup camera. Also saw a mod for converting the space behind the bedroom TV.

Instead of the tandem tow, I have one of the Landgrebe dollies and pull my bike and car.

toolman 57 Great ideas. I thought about the 5star tune. What is your opinion, do you think it was worth it or only marginal?

Has anyone found the matching black out shade material for the window in front of the sink?

I think it was a good investment. The addition of 4th gear when downshifting is an improvement on the small hills and it seems to stay in the higher gear longer. If you go 65 to 70 it pulls really well on medium size hills in top gear.

The first thing I did to my 2015 364ts was, install a Roadmaster steering stabilizer and set the tire pressure at 90# all the way around. I have traveled over 5000 miles now and it rides like a dream. No problems with wind or semi traffic.
I also installed a power leather Love seat/recliner from Ashely home store. The best thing I could have done for the comfort of this coach. Installed max air covers over the vents on the roof.

If you have the big fridge/2000W converter, you may want to switch out the power to the main slide to run off the converter. Much easier to recline the couch when you're not on the generator or shore power.

Posting pictures to get inverter power to the outlet next to the entrance (sink cabinet). Note that last picture is the junction box next to the inverter switch showing wires in/out.

Thanks for the information on that Toolman 57. I was surprised that there was an electrical outlet behind the original couch. I plugged in a light strip around the couch for a little extra looks too.
I have been very happy with the performance of the coach. I just ordered the 5 star power pack for it. I'm hoping that there will be fewer down shifts in the hills.

We didn't like the curtains in the living room on our 2014 378. Was able to order a dual shade directly from Irvine Shade (OEM) and rescued a piece of trim from my dealer's bin. Used it to make a valance for it.

After we added the power recliner, I added a power cable to the outlet shown in the picture and ran it under the coach to the junction box under the main slider. Switched out the current power to the two AC outlets in the slider. I've powered a laptop on the kitchen table, 2 recliners, tv, dish receiver, tivo, and refrigerator off the inverter. When boondocking we go about 4 hours using the inverter, run the generator for about 15 minutes and head off to bed. No problems so far.

I ran inverter power to the door side outlet yesterday. Worked perfect. May look into doing the outlet under the passenger side dash. Suppose to be above freezing for the next couple weeks here, so may de-winterize and get ready for trip to FL. Has anyone thought of adding another awning? I would love to add an awning over the slide bunk slide. My only concern at this point would be the mounting arm in front of the slide. Not sure there is frame work available that wouldn't interfere with slide. Other possibility is to add to slide itself. 12' of awning is just not enough.

Installed the 5 star custom tune today. The engine seemed to run stronger. The test will come after this next Tuesday (3/22/16) when we will be headed back to Wisconsin.
I think 1600 miles should tell the story on the tune.

If you look at the 2016 models, they put an outlet right in the lower dashboard on the passenger side. I have an inverter that runs all of the driver side plugs, including the ones in the storage compartments over the dash. Would love to know how the feed gets there so I could put one in the dash just like the new models.

Kevin: I paid $489.00, that included shipping of $9.95. It installed inside of 20 min. Easy to do, just follow the prompes on the screen.
sternhappens: I bought the 5 star custom tunes, which was mentioned in an earlier reply on this forum.
