I have the diamond shield but it has gotten algae underneath. I have talked to a few others thatnhave also had the same problem.

I will bet that the folks who have algae under their diamond shield had their coaches pressure washed. (which is a no-no according to diamond shield)


We have diamond shield on our coach and love it!

Diamond Shield is crap...the only good thing about it is if you are the original owner it has a lifetime warranty

BamaBob, we never had ours pressure washed but i noticed a small tear and i think that is what caused the algae.

Bob it take years to develop, not sure if it roots from the course side of the FRP or the protected side. Suspect either.
