My 2013 352qs doesn't feel stable on the road.

Hi guys, I have a 2013 352qs and it doesn't feel stable when I'm driving down the road. I'm thinking about adding sway bars. Do you guys recommend them and if so what brand? Is there a big difference in the drive? Thanks in advance for all your help.

Htab, I have a 2013 350 and felt the same way. Here's what I have done since I got mine:
1. Free suspension mod (Changing holes on swaybars from front holes to back) - Small improvement
2. Steer-safe on from axle (Big improvement in handling)
3. Blue Ox Tiger trak rear track bar (big improvement - no tail wag)
4. Rear Air Lift helper air bags (Absolute must for towing my boat)

I installed #2 & #3 above myself (very easy). And I had the airbags installed at $200. So the total I've spent on all 4 mods was about $1,400.
I'm not goingt to be one of these guys that says they drive with one finger on the wheel and never feel and crosswind or a passing truck, but I do feel much more stable and in control.

It seems to be a much tighter steering wheel. non of that right & left correction.
I think the next thing I'm gonna do is install heavy duty shocks
like Koni or Bilstein

I have a 2007 as well and you'll find there are already Bilstein shocks on the RV when new. So far I've done the free mod and added air springs to front and rear.

Just a thought, folks. I had the same feelings when we first got out 2011 378. The motorhome would wander on the road, felt bouncy and was a handful to drive. Had the suspension checked at the dealership where I bought it and they found nothing wrong! Mistake made...why did I take it to the dealer when it's a chassis problem????? The dealer is not a truck chassis expert. Took it to a FORD truck dealer and the problem was promply found. 65 PSI in the front left tire, 95 PSI in the right front tire and "around" 80 PSI in all four rear tires. Aired all tires to 90 PSI by the FORD folks and WOW! Drove it across the Dames Point bridge in 25 - 35 MPH quartering wind and a solid, controlled ride as good as a breadbox going thru the air at 55 MPH can expected to be. Then did the "cheap suspension fix" on the front axle. I'm well pleased with the handling now. But the biggest improvment was the tire pressures!!!!! Probably came from the factory with incorrect pressures and was never checked by the dealer. Guess what I do everytime we get underway......CHECK THE TIRE PRESSURES! And now carry my own 150 PSI compressor.

I have a 2014 335 Georgetown and I agree its not the best setup out of the box. I plan on doing a rear sway and something in the front this fall.

I was talking to a local Rv shop and they said to go with a steering stabilizer and the rear sway bar

The alignment is usually off from the factory also. Ford Aligns it but Forest River does not after they put the house on.

Don't forget the most important thing---Get the front end aligned. Then do the free mod. Of course, 90 psi. Can't tell you how much the ride and handling are improved.
