We picked up our new 2010 330TS last August. Took it back to the dealer for warranty work in October, and they still have it as per our instructions.........decided it was better to winter store it there....this way they winterize it and de-winterize it.....again for warranty reasons.

When we took original delivery, the floor was cut in a couple of different locations in the vicinity of different slides, however we weren't sure as to why. They have since replaced, not repaired, replaced the entire floor, under warranty. Looks great.

Really hoping this doesn't happen again based on your messages here.

We have an 08 340TS GTown SE.. (13000 miles)
Maybe have used our slides 10-20 times.
Same as you ... floor has a four inch cut, right in front of the sink.
Our main slide compartment ... bottom .. floor and side wall, split apart...
... Our dealer told us, FR won't make repairs and Easy Care, doesn't cover these items.
... We will do our own floor repairs.
... The main compartment .. repairs, cost us $ 425. 00, (( three hours labor ! ))
Just a FYI .... just sayin'

I'm sure a good part of the problem is that thr linoleum they use is paper thin.......sooner or later I will put laminate in ours. I did in my dads a few years ago and it loomed great

I looked at putting laminate in my 391 till I got the quote to pull the three slides and do the work. $13,000 was the low quote. Do you have a way to make it cheaper?
