My latest MOD list to do this month

Because I'm so bored and can't hit the road in my Georgetown for awhile I have decided to do a few things I've been wanting to try out.

Here is my short list:

1. Adjust windshield wiper arm tension & install new 28" wiper blades

2. Add new 30 amp circuit from engine battery to new 6 circuit fuse panel under dash

https://www.ebay.com/itm/6-Way-Blade...53.m2749.l2649

3. Wire in (2) double USB charging Stations. 5volt 3.1amps each. USB needed for GPS, Color Tire Pressure Monitor, Dash Camera and tablet and cell phone charging.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/3-1A-Dual-U...item4669653a21

4. Sound Proof Dog House with DYNAMAT 11905 Hoodliner heat and sound reduction blocker
https://www.ebay.com/itm/192445594618

So what are you planning to do on your Georgetown in the next few months?

Want to cover over and help?

Boy can't put much over on you.
#2 was deleted which was installing the 5 Star Tuning which I did a few weeks ago.

I have correct the list above.

Can you post pics of the doghouse change and also let us know if/how much it helps with the noise? We have a 2017 36B5 and its pretty noisy. Usually that's good since it covers up most of the noise our son is making but I do occasionally need to hear what he's saying ;-)

Iggy,
How did/do you adjust the tension on the wipers?
Also have you had a chance to try out the five star tuning ? If so what is your take on it.

The doghouse insulation will reduce the engine noise a little bit but not totally.
I will try and add some pictures as well as the end result test as my wife will tell me if it did anything or not. I suspect it will help as little

1. Oh gosh it is difficult to describe as I haven't done it yet.
You usually have to remove the whole arm and release the spring and adjust the metal wedge and reinstall the spring.
Now, If I can't get the arm off easily I will try to do this adjustment while the arms are in place. The problem will be more difficult as the spring will be very tight and I may be unable to release it.
I know their are tools to remove the arm but I may just not spend the money on this.

2. I will not be able to test my 5 Star Tune until my long trip in Sept.
So keep watching.
