I have the same system you have and love it. It literally takes less than 2 minutes to hook it up or take it down and no bulky braking mechanism. Though I am not knocking any system.
Love my setup.

I purchased a Roadmaster tow bar and base plate for my 2011 Jeep Wrangled. The braking system is a Stay in Play unit that mounts under the engine hood by the battery. When you use it all you need to do is hook up your toe bar and plug it in to the RV. Once you are hooked up just flip a switch mounted on the drivers side floor board and you are good to Go. The brake system is wired to the lights separately and automatically ChargeMaster in play unit your vehicle battery so there is no need to start the engine to recharge the battery. Very good unit and no need to mount a braking arm on the floor to apply the brakes. The stay in play unit will automatically pump your toad brakes when you apply the RV brakes. Bought it from a RV dealer and had them install it. Very satisfied.
