New 2016 Georgetown 360DS ready for pickup

Dealer just called, new motorhome is in!
Its been 10 weeks since we ordered it, I was starting to worry it would never arrive.
But I did spend those 10 weeks reading over a lot of the posts in this forum.
Thanks for all the helpful information guys!

I'll update how the PDI goes.

I have a 2012 360 and really like it except for problems with the roof. I should have climbed up and checked it before taking delivery. There were sizable gaps at the rear cap corners. Wrinkles and small cracks along the driver side roof line. And eventually water leaks above the kitchen cabinets. Lots of other folks have had roof problems. Hope they have improved roof quality in the newer coaches. Do yourself a favor and check it at the dealership.

Congratulations on the new coach! Take your time during the pdi. Its difficult to do with all the excitement. Don't let them just point at things and tell you what they are for, make them turn them on and off including all the TVs and sound system including tuning in channels. Lots of little things can easily be missed like a faucet not working or a burner on the stove.
Also, an empty coach usually handles like crap. Much better after you load your "stuff"
and get a front end alignment. (FR will pay for this in the first 90 days) Consider doing the CHF for better sway control, and last but not least make sure your dealer has the correct air pressure in the tires. I left the dealer with 68 to 70 PSI in my tires.
Even after you leave you will still find things. Don't get discouraged, just keep a list.
Enjoy!

I had a 2012. Something that the dealer may not tell you. Get the front end aligned ASAP. Usually FR will pay for it if you do it when it is new. If you don't your front tires will really wear much to fast.

I had the CHF done and it started "clunking" on my 2015 Georgetown. FR sent me to an alignment shop where I was told that I was the third Georgetown owner this year where they had to undo the CHF as it causes the tip of anti-sway bar to travel too far and contact the underside of the frame.

Must be specific to your model. I've never had a clunking noise. CHF been done for last 5000 miles on my 2014 351.

Never had it on mine either. Again, maybe a model issue. Might also be cause I carry so much weight in that huge rear compartment in helps keep the nose from dropping down and hitting those sway bars. But then again I've never had it happen when unloaded either.
