New 350TS - Information on Leveling Jacks

We picked up our new 2011 350TS with bunks yesterday. Driving it for the first time was quite the experience. I had driven a few larger single axle trucks in the past but found driving the motorhome for the first time more challenging than what I expected. We have owned a TT for the last 8 years and are looking forward to the trips we will take in the Georgetown. Too bad it arrived almost 2 months later than we had expected it. We had a shakedown trip planned for early December. As a very avid skiing family and with the ski season in full swing we may not get a chance to use it until spring unless we take it to the ski hill.

When I got it home I went through the pile of manuals looking for something on the leveling jacks with no luck. The chap at the dealership gave me a quick demo but frankly I did not get much out of his brief explanation. Are there any little tips or info anyone can offer as to the best way to use them? It would be much appreciated. I will see if I can find a manual on the internet, but I find the knowledge of experience of others to be best.

Congratulations, Mike, you got yours the same day I got mine. It's my second Class A, but my first with a leveling system. As far as I could see, you start the engine, press the "auto" button, wait for the coach to stop shaking, and then wait for your stomach to stop shaking

Google LCI or Lippert Controls. Should be able to find the info on their website. You ma want to call your dealer as well or FR.

They're not easy to find, but here's their website:

The first thing I do is leave the motor running, engage the park brake

I then go outside and put a small slab of wood under each jack. This keeps it from sinking

I then go inside the motorhome, turn on the leveling system and hit auto

After it is leveled I sometimes hit manual and level more acurately.

X2 what Schwing said.

Engine running, gear selctor in "P" and parking brake MUST be on.

Most times I use AUTO, but you can select manual if you prefer. You'll know when AUTO is done, the LCI logo is lit.

This is the manual for a 2010 378TS. Don't know if it's the same system you have, but thought I'd post it anyway.
