I would certainly be calling Forest River directly, if I were you. I doubt you'd get an honest answer from the dealer.

Per the brochure the porcelain tile is an option, but the full fridge is standard on the 360, 377 and 378 models.

It's going to depend when yours were made, they seem to change options as the year goes by. I know on mine 2012 378 XL early models had different options from mine.

First time I saw the ceramic tile version was at the Florida RV Show a few weeks ago. I thought it was an option but not sure. Call Forest River direct.

The Lazydaze salesman at the Tampa show said the 3-door refer was brand new in 378's made after Christmas and the ceramic floor is almost as new. (If you can trust sales men). It looks great but not sure I need a 22' refer for camping...

Grew up in Madison. 1967 grad from UW. Hows the weather this winter? Been a long long time since I shoveled snow.

Know the feeling about items changing during the same year builds. We ordered our coach in September 2006, received it at the end of November 2006. It was a new 2007 Georgetown, 3 months later, same model, same year build, now came with a euro-lounger instead of the terrible barrel chair. Totally different ceiling lighting set-up and few other things. None of these were shown in the brochure until the 2008 brochure came out. I doubt anyone knows when these changes will occur other than FR.

Thank you for your replies, its not a big deal as i fear that the ceramic tile could crack in time and cause other troubles with the slide outs. New to the RV world. Heading to Florida in March on her maiden trip.

I have 360 XL, the ceramic floors are an option and the Home style regrige is also. Mine is a side by side RV model and works great.
