Interior
- Inspect all ceiling panels for sign of bubbles/water damage, check in cabinets
- Inspect all window seals
- Inspect all wall panels for bubbles/damage
- Inspect all cabinetry handles, door swings, finishes, drawer operations
- Check exterior door swing both on and off levelling jacks
- Check door step operations
- Check operations all interior lights
- Check all upholstery seats/backs for flaws/damage
- Check carpet for stains/installation
- Check linoleum for stains/installation
- Look around Air Cons for any water damage
- Move dining table
- Turn on TVs, check pixles
- Inspect all mouldings
- Inspect counter tops
- Check all doors/sliders including shower door
- Check fan operations
- Check washer/dryer rough ins
- Check hanger rods
- Inspect bed pedestal
- Check bath towel bar
- Ask about impact of square mattress on pedestal
- Check extra chairs for dining table present
- Verify dual pane windows
Exterior
- Check all storage door operations
- Inspect window/side/roof seals
- Inspect paint
- Check exterior finish, centering of doors etc.
- Check tires for round
- Inspect all glass for flaws
- Operate all exterior lights/signals
- Operate awning
- Verify mud flaps
- Use roof ladder
- Check tv antenna
- Check heated mirrors
Slides
- Check slides for center in out and retracted positions
- Operate sides repeatedly
- Understand slide operations– where are hydraulic rams, rollers, cables, fuses
- Understand how to manually retract slides
- Understand slide maintenance
- Understand common slide problems
Levelling Jacks
- Understand operations
- Check how many pads present
- Understand where hydraulic fluid reservoir is and how to check level
- Understand how to manually retract jacks
Cab
- Check backup/side cams working and in color
- Check power window cover slides and understand where little controller is to change height settings
- Check heater/air con/fans/defrost
- Check wipers/fluid
- Check operations power seats
- Horn
- Radio
Test Drive
- Cruise control
- Rattles
- Sway on highway (stab bars?)
- Steering wheel play (safe T Steer/steer safe?)
- Check front end alignment (only have 90 days to have redone)

- Engine Oil, Steering Fluid. Brake Fluid, Transmission Fluid, Engine Coolant
