No propane to range and hot water tank

I have a 2012 Georgetown 351ds while getting it ready for a trip i was checking out the range and the hot water tank, upon turning on the range and using the spark ignitor i had no gas coming thru the burner. The propane tank was full and valve open, same problem with hot water tank no gas coming thru.If anyone has any ideas why, or a remedy or fix i would be much obliged. Thanks in advanced.

Are the stove and water heater on the same slide? Do they work when the slide is in and out? Assuming it worked before, it may be a kinked gas hose. Try manipulating the gas hose. I had this issue on my last MH.

You might try turning the valve on the propane tank off, then turn it back on again slowly. The place I had the tank filled reccomended this. Not sure what it does but it worked.

Make sure your co and propane detector is working as it can control propane flow

I had a similar problem with my 2011 GT 300. It turned out to be the tank regulator was shot-- miss wired! Took it to a rv repair shop and a few hundred later I had gas to my hot water tank, range, and fridge.

Yes regulator could be leaking test soap and water.

My regulator was hot to touch. The guy that replaced it said i was lucky. The previous owner hadn't done much camping and may not have ever used propane.

As said first things I would do is turn off all gas appliances, turn off main shut off valve and then open slowly. Then check CO2 alarm, also inline fuse for alarm.

Probably a bad regulator. My regulator would go bad if I forget to turn off propane and purge the line when I have it parked for more than a month.

It could also be that you just need to bleed the line. When you open the range burner can you feel a breeze, or if you put a lit match does the moving air move the flame. If so, be patient and see if it lights in a short while.

After that turn on the other appliances one at a time and bleed them as well.

If you open the valve too quickly, it activates the safety shut off. Or something like that .

It could be that your batteries are dead or weak or a switch is off. Without enough DC, the valve won't open. Make sure you've got the switches in the configuration that allows your DC devices come alive.
