Angry NO Start

I have an 07 359XL Motorhome. I was deployed for 6 months and now after replacing coach and chassis batteries it will not start.
I get several codes:
TCM-CCM comms fail, check eng, check trans
there must be a fuse or relay somewhere that controls all this and any suggestion or direction will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Trailboss

Could possibly have a rodent problem. Something could have chewed through some wires. I had a squirrel chew through a fuel line and the sending unit wires this spring.

X2 Especially if it was parked/stored where there was no human activity around the rig or out in a field. They love it out there (the rodents not the rig).
