One Furnace Down

I have a 2010 378 with the front and rear duo therm ac units and two furnaces.
The bedroom thermostat which controls the bedroom ac unit and the main floor furnace works great.
The thermostat at the door for the main cabin ac works fine but when I switch to heat all that happens is a single click at the ceiling duo therm just like in the bedroom but the in counter heater does not come on.
Had a mobile guy come out and he pulled the under stove heater out to check and said it wasn't receiving power. He thought the control board located in the ceiling ac unit might be defective for the heater side.
Does this make sense?

I think the digital thermostat is part of the AC install and I think there are a couple wires from the furnace routed to the AC for switching purposes. That's why the AC fan will also run with the furnace if the fan mode is not in AUTO. Not sure what takes place in the AC when furnace is selected. Of course this is just an observation on my part and not gospel. Guessing you have already done the reprogram for the thermostat. Usually a fault code will appear if it should be done.

This 2010 does not have digital therms just typical sliding temp control
As you slide up to raise the temp setting as it passes the current temp in the coach the ceiling unit clicks as if to try and activate the furnace but nothing happens
Same thing in the bedroom but it fires right up after the click
Operate both units on auto and low fan speed

The manual thermostat probably performs the same function in your AC as does the digital. It does sound as though the tech has a handle on the situation. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance. Hope all goes rapid with the fix.
