Gotta have bunks with kids. 2 boys, 12 and 9. And 2 girls, 3 and 8 months. Congrats on the new addition. FYI: a pack and play fits perfectly right in front of tv where cabinets are.

DW actually chose the 351 with the bunks as we travel with her zoo. We have no children but we have three small Boston Terriers, a Bearded Dragon, and a pet squirrel that travel with us. The bunks are perfect for the cages and crates. We try to travel as much as we can and boarding is pretty expensive. The squirrel loves riding and the beardy watches the TV in the bunk whenever we have power on. The only reason she considered an XL model was because she wanted an outside entertainment center. Darn if FR didn't offer that as option after we purchased ours.
We do take our nieces and nephews with us occasionally and they absolutely love the bunks.

I just washed ours yesterday and man does that black and white contrast looks good. If there is no rain today I'll be waxing and 303'ing it. Already changed the oil in the engine and need to do the genset. One more night till FL.

We just got back from FL, Al. You're headed in the right direction! Had a FANTASTIC time at Fort Wilderness. Pretty much perfect weather. No bugs to speak of, great time. Ready to go back!

It looks like we are leaving at the right time since there is more snow forecasted next week. We are taking it easy on the way down spending a night in KY and GA. It's supposed to be in the 60s and 70s which is perfect weather for me, but DW likes it hotter so she is not happy. Nevertheless, a lot better than freezing temps here in OH. Good to hear the bugs aren't out yet. We hate the love bugs the most.
