Our First Adventure

We had a 2400 mile round-trip adventure to the Dakotas that was exciting and had issues with our new 2016 Georgetown 364TS. It's going in for service on Saturday for all of the following.
1. Windshield water leak in 2 places
2. Living area slide water leak.
3. Rear AC overheating and shutting down the generator.
4. IceMaker doesn't work.
5. Coach entry door stop broke and fell off.
6. Coach entry door latch plate fell off.
7. Middle bath shower won't stop dripping.
8. Captains driver chair electric adjustments stopped.
9. Outdoor hand held shower leaks
10. Broken storage bay key broke in half, Will get reimbursed from Forest River for all those expenses from fixing it in Rapid City.
11. Parking light brake won't shut off.

Is this normal and what were your experiences the first time you took your coach out. We still had a great time but were surprised with all the issues.

Happy Trails
Kent

The RV industry is not like the car industry and most folks run into some problems with their rigs. that is quite a list but doesn't look like anything really major (other then the AC) just allot of small things. good luck on the fixes just think next time you go out all will be good.

We agree that everything is fixable. However we are working on suspension/handling issues that are BIG issues. We live in Oklahoma where the wind comes sweeping across the plains and from the Dakotas, Kansas and Nebraska it was exhausting. We averaged speeds of 55mph and it was tough.
