Outside Light and LED not working on 350XL

Hello All

On my new 350XL my outside light and awning light does not work. Never has worked. Tested the outside light and no power. Any thoughts for how I can fix this.

My suggestions, most are pretty obvious.

1. Make sure you know which switch to flip.
2. Check fuses.
3. Look for loose connection at switch.
4. Since it's new, call dealer. Maybe that should be #1.
