Outside TV on 360 not working

Took delivery on 11/19 of 2014 coach. TV worked on lot. Drove home from Florida to Mississippi, TV worked. This past weekend first time out in coach, TV did not work. Got home hubby stewed on it for 3 days. During the night he decided that possibly wires had come loose behind TV. Figured out how to remove TV from wall and he was right. The cable in was not a screw in - it was a slip on. Poor manufacturing design since all our interstates are in such fine shape (no potholes) real pleasant drives. Ha! He changed out the slip on end with a screw on end. Put TV back into place and it works beautifully. Saved that trip to dealer for repair.

On ours the living room TV has an L shape slip on due to the tight space. It will never come off since it hits the back wall. I can't believe they installed a slip on type on yours, but then again I had to re-route the coax cables and replace a couple of connectors on ours since it was done incorrectly.

It's almost like they have no quality control. We have encountered several problems in our 2 weeks of ownership. The most bizarre is they did not put any support under the hot water heater. The dealer had put water in the fresh water tank and on our way home the painted panel outside the hot water heater pushed out. We were actually surprised we didn't loose it on the 2 day trip home. Did not discover the movement of the panel until first night on the road. So when we got home hubby built a support and installed it underneath the hot water heater. This past weekend we again filled the fresh water tank and headed out to Birmingham and the hot water heater never pushed the panel out again. Never had looked under any other MH to see if there was any type of support, apparently our's needed something. Hopefully it will continue to hold the panel in place.
