Owners manual

Hey, just bought a used 2004 Georgetown 303 SE.

Does anyone know where I can get an owners manual for it? I've check Forest Rivers website, no luck. Googled it and found some chassis info but no help

None of the fuses are labeled and the fuse block says "see owners manual".

unfortunately, FR only provides a generic non-model specific owner's manual.
it's not even specific to type of RV.

The manual is fairly generic, but it sounds like it could help in your case. The first thing I would do is Google, and you're right, nothing hits.

Next, call Forest River. The general number is 574-389-4600 and they can point you to the right division. They should be able to sell you a copy. You probably should have your VIN handy.

Finally, maybe a member here with that year and model has scanned theirs into a PDF and can post.

Good luck.

OK, (caveat - I am NOT a MH type)

MH's are built on some body's chassis right? Who made yours?
Is it Ford, Chevy, Dodge, International, Volvo?

Their truck site may have what you are looking for. The "camper part" of your MH will typically get the "generic" camper book in the files section.

I bought an '05 Georgetown XL Used and the most important manuals are the ones for the appliances, jacks, slides, etc.

The Forest River manual was not of much use. It actually showed a picture of a Class C MH and all information was pretty generic.

You do need the Ford Chassis manual. I assume Ford V10. It has some helpful info. Like, when I thought my cruise was failing, the Ford manual confirmed the the cruise will drop out under heavy strain and rely on the operator to control the throttle. Saved me a service charge.

If you have a local dealer, he might be able to help. Maybe let you sit in one of his units and read the manual.
