A little comprehension is required. Can you see the part about those "REQUIRED" to stay? My comment you take as an insult with was directed to those that "DECIDED" to stay. Send me your address and I'll send a dictionary so you can find the meaning of those two words.
Those that find themselves STUCK there need to call the nearest county emergency management center and they will be transported to a shelter and water will be provided (if you bring pets you will need water for them). I gave no advice in that comment, my prayers that are with those, even those that DECIDED voluntarily to stay. So, IF you DECIDED, voluntarily to stay, you are thin skinned. Good luck!
