Good thought, if we go directly to a TV set it works.

Don we have tried all three TV/cable/satellite. Still nothing. That is just where I ended up. Just tried again there were 135 RF channels found and that was it!

The switch box could be bad. I would use a double female connection and hook the cable coax going in the back of the box and the cable to tv together to test.

We are trying a direct connection to the outside tv to eliminate the cable and the park post.

Park Cable in 2016 364TS

Directly connected to the park post using same cable as we used to connection in cargo pod and we have found channels. So that eliminates the parks service as an issue and our hookup coax cable as an issue.

Sadly the people at the park here this year are not particularly friendly as the people that have been here in prior years. We are a couple weeks later in our arrival. No other Georgetown or forest river folk here now there was a wild Maxx trailer here earlier (they are forest river) but they have left now.

It has to do with the quality of the splitter installed in your RV. I don't know what the difference is but it has to do with the Ohm rating and impedence. You need a "better" grade of splitter. Hopefully someone with a better electronics background than mine can tell you what you need.

Digital TV signals have a higher frequency. Make sure that you have R6 coax cable. More importantly, make sure any splitters in the system are rated for digital signals. When local cable company at home upgraded to digital, I had to go through the house and replace all of the splitters that I had installed over the years.

Try scanning with your tv on OTA/antenna instead of cable

I think afd51 is correct I believe it is the splitters. Anyone know where they are all located in the 364 TS?

Here's a shot in the dark
What brand of tvs do you have?
In Our 2014 George XL we had Furrions in two areas and a Seiki in the bedroom
At a few campgrounds and Fort Wilderness at Disney the Furrion were good but unable to to get any channels on the Seiki in the bedroom. Problem was the signal and the type of tuner used in the Seiki their tuner unable to pick up signal.
Researched on Google and cited type of tuner in Seiki. Told dealership but would not listen- said impossible they instead swapped out tv 2 times charging Forest River under warranty. Shame on them. Forest River swapped out a 3rd time with a Furrion. So this is the 4th tv in that area Have not had a chance to test but don t expect problems
If you plug directly into tv you will determine either the tv tuner can t handle the signal from camp ground up grade or your problem lies else where
Tuner and upgraded signal system is my guess

As previously posted tv's work fine if directly connected to park pedestal so must be in the switch block or the splitter. It is only this
One park we are having trouble with due to the digital signal. Not experiencing issues at any of the others we stay at.

Bypass the box and get the cable to run directly to the TV. Take the input to the box and hook it to TV. Make sure Tv is set to cable input.
