Park Cable in 2016 364TS

So we are in an RV Park that recently upgraded it's cable to Digital. Our TV's are capable of receiving digital signals we do that over the air all the time. We hook up the cable to our "port" and let the TV's scan (the box by the passenger seat is set to Cable, the TV is set to cable) It scans 125 RF channels but no analog, no digital and asks that we repeat the scan to locate channels. Have done that several times and nothing.

The park owner says that if we run the cable through the window and hook directly to the TV (like WTH, like we are going to do that) that it will work fine, several people have done that as a solution. It has something to do with the motorhome's splitter and is not an issue with her park service.

Anyone got any ideas? The motorhome has worked fine in every other park we have been at and it has worked just fine here prior to her change in service in 2017.

It is raining today and TV would be nice!

Park Cable in 2016 364TS

Yes that is where ours hooks too. In the cargo bay outside. There is a box in area above passenger seat to switch between cable and over the air. However if we run cable directly from this park to the tv it works. So something within the coach is causing it not to work. Parks provider says it's a common problem we have never heard that before.

Turn the power off in the cabinet above driver seat. There is an antenna power switch in there also.

There is a cable outlet in the wall at the back of the cabinet and the green light is out so am assuming that is off. DH is at the store and I actually can't reach the button to feel if it's pushed in or out

Behind the switch box on the brown wall plate there should be a small button to turn on/off the power to your antenna. It is real hard to see. Don't know if that will solve the problem though.

Still hoping you guys have more ideas. Being a 2016 can't imagine the technology has changed that much has to be something really simple.

You could make sure the coax that is marked cable actually hooks to the cable in connection on the switchbox. In my 351 the coaxes are labled with white lables.

Since it works in every other park we have been to my guess is that is is correct. We did try TV and cable positions only thing we didn't try was satellite since we don't have one. It worked at this park last year but with their upgrade it no longer does. We are not the only motorhome that has had issues and I refuse to run cable through window to tv as there are a lot of mosquitos that I don't want inside. Seems like it should work and her provider says it is splitters routing signal to so many tv's that are causing it to fail. That just doesn't seem probable to me.
