help!

How Do we get parts from the factory. Our dealership is far from us and it seems that everytime we go there not everything gets done. On FR It only states dealer login. We don't want our list to get longer and longer. Also we were told from the dealership to spray silicone on our rubber seals around slideouts. Others said no they have uv protection,and could effect it. To use soap and water. Suggestions

First of all, welcome to the forums.

What sort of parts are you looking for? Most parts are available through other sources that the manufacturer. Camping World actually has a huge inventory of parts for RV appliances as well as many of the items associated with an RV that won't be listed in a catalog or online. Let us know what you are looking for and I'm sure we can help you find them.

Thank you for your reply. First of all we have the same 378ts you do. We need magnet switch for the screen door, bolt for the steps, lens for under cabinet light fell off. Front Grill keeps coming off, any suggestions on fixing. Tried to get some of this through camping world but they told us we had to go to manufacture.

Depending on the bolt it should be available at any hardware store. As for the front grill, I am assuming you are talking about on the front of the motorhome? I think they are pop riveted in. Without knowing what is happening I don't know what to tell you.

The light covers may be available though a parts supplier like PPL Motorhomes. they have a huge inventory of parts and accessories.
