Was the camper sealed up?
That looks like it could be "overpressure" from heat.

I have had windows break in a truck I had from being parked in direct sun.
I even had a "disposable" camera catch fire on the floor of my DW's old car from sun shining through the windshield.

It was parked in the hear but the bathroom vent was open the entire time

Cracked door

Ours did the same thing about a month ago. We also leave a vent open all the time. I have no idea why this happened either. I didn't study the door yet, but it doesn't look like a quick fix. Good thing we're all in the same boat. Oh the joy.

It looks like material failure due to thermal expansion. My shower surround warps while in storage, yet once opened up returns to its normal shape.

Whoopsie! Somebody made everything fit a bit to snug. It should have been made with some expansion room. Vinyl expands and contracts in heat and cold. Same principal as when putting up siding, never seat the nails!
