Go over it with a fine tooth comb, take your time, check everything, the inspection sheet I used is in the Georgetown thread. Take notes, they throw a lot of information at you. Make sure all the manuals are there for each of the big items. Took us about six hours to go over everything. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions.

Have fun with the new toy!!!

When I picked up my 2007 391 the hydraulic motor that brought up the jacks and brought in two of the slides failed. I never left the dealer's lot. I would suggest that you cycle all the big parts like levelers and slides numerous times. When I used to be in the computer business we called it infant mortality. That's when you find the solder joints, circuit junctions, grounds etc. that were barely put together. They passed an inspection but won't last 10 minutes in the real world. No knocks on FR but every manufacturer faces this stuff.

At the door there should be three switches one is for the steps...mine is the first as you enter, and has a blue light when illuminated.

The co detector is on the ceiling in the bedroom in my unit, at the door is the LP detector a four sided detector, if it bsounds a steady tone it is LP a beeping tone suggests low battery.

Shut the screen door and let the stairs go in and then reach through the screen door opening and hit the switch to cut off batter power. Short of rewiring stairs this is the best way

Try turning on the engine for a few minutes and then hit switch. I seem to remember this issue when battery power too low.

The one at the door in mine is a CO and LP detector and the one in the bedroom is a smoke detector.

Don, is your detector by the door a CO & LP Detector in one? LP detectors are always mounted low since LP is heavier than air and CO detectors are usually mounted on the wall or ceiling due to CO being lighter than air. Just wondering if there's another model now so when I replace mine I would most likely go with that type of model for additional protection.
You may want to double check that. Usually the Smoke Detectors are close to the kitchen area and the CO Detectors are in the bedroom due to the Generator being close to that area. Our Smoke detector is just above the driver's seat on the ceiling and the CO detector is in the bedroom on the ceiling just outside of the rear bathroom in front of the door.

Yeah, do a long and slow inspection because after you give them the check they kinda don't know you any more.
Make sure you meet the service manager because theres a very good chance you'll be seeing him again.
Not trying to rain on your parade, just a fact of life.
