New 378

Too clean, fill it with camping gear and hit the road, get bugs on windshield, have fun. Looks real good though.

Looks fantastic Iggy, it's a beautiful rig. I'm sure you will have many years of great RVing experiences with it.

Looks very nice John, Sharp looking. Fill the fridge and hit the road. I really think you should head for Goshen IN for the August FROG rally. We need you there!!
Enjoy your Georgetown and travel safe. Hope to see you again soon.

Took a look at your pics, sure looks good. But did I see that you had the rear wheels off the ground in the leveler pic? The rear wheels are the only means you have to keep the coach from rolling. Take caution.

I recently have been in touch with the coordinator Bob Byrne and he said come on down. I really need a shake down trip and get a dinghy setup. We are will consider the trip at the moment.

Very nice coach Iggy. I really like the paint scheme. There was only one choice when we bought ours. I like it but seeing the other choices now makes me a bit jealous. Enjoy it and safe travels to you and yours

Ok, hear goes, I just traded my 36 Montana 5th wheel and 2008 GMC diesel which I loved, for a 2012 Georgetown 3600 with a Ford v10. Since this is my first class a I consider myself a rookie even though I have been rving for over 10 years. My disire is to 4 down my 15oo chevy siverado extended 4x4. I do not want the expense of another vehicle if I dont have to. Is the motorhome strong enough to tow my truck in a safe and effeciant manner. Thanks

Is your Georgetown model 360 correct?
What year is your Chevy 1500?
Does it have a stick or Auto?

Your MH is on a Ford F53 Bare MH Chassis rated at 26,000 lbs
If you look inside the kitchen cabinet you see a yellow sticker showing how much cargo you can add inside your MH.
Now the trailer hitch is rated for 5,000 lbs of tow car
If you read about the F53 Ford chassis it says max tow weight is 4,000 lbs

Now you have to figure out what your PU weighs and if it can be towed with all 4 wheel down.

I just did some basic checking and your PU is over 5,000 lbs

Thanks, It is a n automatic 4x4 but I can put the transfer case ;in nuetral. I would have to go outside to get the exact model but I guess I am pushing the envelope with the truck, I was hoping the pulling and stopping power would be sufficient. Once again thank You for your help
