Hard to give a ball park est on cost really. Any grading to be done, trees/rocks cleared? Is site level or always damp? Will you need to get a 911 address to run power to your garage or is the house close enough with enough space in breaker box to support it?

I've got about $30k in mine. Includes concrete floor, door with opener. I also have a 14x40 foot garage attached to RV bay that I put the rest of my toys in and whatever else my DW wants to store!
