Here is a link for the Torco product on Amazon. Mine is on the way. I have the same popping noise. Hope this solves the problem.

You can also get the Maxima 15 weight fork oil at a lot of motorcycle shops. I'm putting mine in this weekend before heading out for a few days. I'll post the results when I get back.

Lippert has a additive that is supposed to stop this. You have to remove a quart of hydraulic fluid and add a quart of the additive. have no idea if it works though.

See previous posts. The instructions from Lippert are here. I changed out a quart of fluid as recommended and I'm headed out tomorrow for 3 days. I'll let everyone know if it worked for me.

The Lippert rep. told me it will take some usage to have it work through the system.

We have not used our coach since we put additive in and will not use it until we go south early 2014. We had some family responsibility to look after so have not had time for the RV.

I'm heading to FR Oct 28 to have a few things fixed. The levelers are in the list. We are also heading south but not sure when. The plan was January but we are getting restless. No plans. Is that bad?

First trip after the Cat additive. Thought we were finally free from the popping noises as we had 2 nights of quiet BUT on night 3 and 4 the dreaded popping noises returned. Already been to dealer 4 times for this issue and also involved the FR factory reps. Lemon law time.
